Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Alwin Digital we do not sell any physical product. At Alwin Digital we sell only Digital Products & Services.

In terms of Services a separate Contract will be made Alwin Digital and the buyer of the service and Cancellation of the Contract Clause will be mentioned therein with due conditions of cancellation of the contract.

In terms of Digital Products we won’t be able to provide a Refund once the product is delivered to you.

Please know that the customer satisfaction is our Goal. These contents are our humble work. We stand behind our products and with our customers.

We want our customers to be satisfied with our products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Please note that due to the nature of Digital Products we do not offer Returns or Refunds. All sells are final. That said, we believe 100% in the quality of our products and are committed to Customer Satisfaction.
